Summer Scripture Challenge

Here is another idea for the Summer Scripture Challenge project. This is a 3 x 5 card - same size as a recipe card! Recently, on one of my trips to Wally World (Wal-Mart) I noticed a 3 x 5 spiral-bound index card notebook. I thought how easy it would be to make this size scripture cards throughout the summer and then have them spiral-bound at your local Kinkos. This size is so very easy to work with - and so quick! I liked this verse for the first card in my collection. The verse is computer generated, then stamped with PaperTrey Journaling Lines, and cut with Spellbinders Labels Four. Since I'm hiding scriptures in my heart, I embellished with tiny hearts. I also used a paper edge distresser on the Basic Gray DP, and stitched the border with a fine tip black marker.
